The murder was carried out near the illegal settlement of Gush Etzion in the south of the occupied West Bank.

Eyewitnesses reiterated that the Palestinian driver was driving straight, but due to the heavy Israeli security existence, he misled his car and collided with the back of a bus.

An Israeli army spokesperson claimed that the Palestinian vehicle hit a bus stop at the junction, injuring an Israeli civilian, adding that Israeli forces in the area shot at the driver.

Refuting the Israeli claim, the eyewitnesses said that if the Israeli occupation forces wanted to prevent a ramming attack, they would have shot at the tires of the car.

The Palestinian ministry of health identified the Palestinian martyr as the 21-year-old Suhaib Mashahra, from the Jerusalem’s village of Al-Sawahira.

Palestinian Red Crescent said that the Israeli occupation forces at the area refused to allow them to offer medical aid for the Palestinian youths.

Meanwhile, the Israeli emergency medical service Magen David Adom said in a statement that it treated a 60-year-old Israeli with a light wound in the head at area. It did not give an eye to the Palestinian, who remained bleeding to death.
