Israeli occupation does not respect immunity of Palestinian MPs
Days of Palestine, West Bank -Israeli forces kidnaped on Tuesday at dawn ten Palestinian citizens, including an MP in occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.
Palestinian security sources said that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the main West Bank city of Ramallah and kidnapped three Palestinians from their homes.
One of the kidnapped Palestinians, the sources told Days of Palestine, was the member of the Palestinian Legislative Council (parliament) Abdul-Jaber Faqhaa.
“We were surprised with the Israeli occupation forces breaking the door of our house and bursting in large numbers inside,” Faqha’s daughter said. “They searched the whole house, damaged much of the furniture and stole my mother’s jewellery.”
Seven Palestinians others were kidnapped from different places across the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.
In the Gaza Strip, the Israeli naval forces kidnapped two fishermen off the Gaza coasts and damaged their fishing boats.
On Monday, the Israeli occupation forces kidnapped ten fishermen and damaged two fishing boats. At night, eight were released and two remained in custody.
